TurboTax Problems and how to tackle them

If you have not yet downloaded the TurboTax Desktop application or have trouble finding where it is that you downloaded it. Then here are some instructions on how to download itself from TurboTax.com.

Log in to the TurboTax account using the same credentials you had used when you purchased the software.
To reach the Downloads tab, choose Intuit Account, which is at the bottom of the screen. You can also head to the Downloads option by logging in directly through the downloads link.
Choose the Downloads Tab
Choose the corresponding blue button for the product you wish to install.
- If you cannot see your product, you need to use account recovery if other usernames have been associated with your email address.
Then store download somewhere on your device where you can easily find it.
Then install the software by double-clicking on the downloaded file.
